- Can I buy a ticket at the event?
Yes, you can purchase tickets at the gate if there are any available, we expect a sell-out, therefore we recommend you purchase your tickets in advance online. Only buy tickets if you are over 21 years of age – we will be checking IDs.
- What if I lose my ticket or can’t come?
There will be a copy of all receipts at the gate, if you need a copy of your receipt, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you one. Purchaser must show ID to claim tickets at “Will Call”
- Do I need to bring my ID?
Yes, you must present your matching photo identification with your ticket –You will not be permitted to enter the Festival without proper legal proof that you are over 21 years of age. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE TO ATTEND THE FESTIVAL AND EVERYONE INCLUDING VENDORS & EXHIBITORS WILL HAVE THEIR IDENTIFICATION CARDS VERIFIED.
- Can we bring our children?
No one under 21 will be admitted into the Festival – Please do not bring children under 21. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Can we bring our pets?
No, health regulations prohibit any animals on the Festival grounds and it is TOO HOT to leave your animals in the car. (Except guide dogs for the blind)
- Will there be any water available?
Yes, there will be plenty of complimentary water throughout the event. There will also be other non-alcoholic beverage manufacturers giving out samples.
- How many wines can we taste?
Your admission ticket entitles you to unlimited wine tasting privileges. There will be many wines, brews, & spirits to sample. We recommend you pace yourself, drink plenty of water provided, and be mindful of your alcohol intake.
- Is there any food available at the Festival events?
Yes, there will be delicious samplings of appetizers, artisan cheeses, specialty foods, breads, desserts, and more for you to enjoy.
- How many people will be there?
We’re limiting VIP tickets to 100 and the overall attendance to 1500
- Where can we park?
Parking is available on the Festival grounds. We highly recommend having a designated driver. Designated Drivers receive a special discounted ticket rate. The law is very strict on drinking and driving. There will be preferred handicap spots near the entrance.
- When should I arrive?
VIP and Early Entrance ticket holders may enter at 11am, for 60 minutes of preview food sampling and wine tasting before the general public. Festival General Admission ticket holders usually start arriving and lining up at 11:30 am. The gate opens at 12 noon. The festival will close promptly at 4 pm.
- What is a Raffle?
There will be lots of fun raffle baskets for which you can purchase tickets. The net proceeds of the Festival’s Raffle goes to the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life.
- What should I wear?
No shoes, no shirt, NO ENTRY! Bare feet can get cut on broken glass. T-shirts, shorts are OK. Be comfortable. Be safe. Be sensible. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
- Are there places to sit down?
There are grassy areas where you can rest under a tent, where some chairs and tables are available. The VIP area has seating available for 100 people and requires a VIP ticket to enter.
- What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available upon written request up to 21 days prior to the event. After that there will be no refunds.
